Day 84

Day 4 at EPCOT. Only two more days until Thanksgiving. My roommates can't wait to see our new christmas tree... especially Tiffy.

Mike Lowell

Matt borrowed my camera for the Parade at Magic Kingdom featuring Mike Lowell from the Boston Red Sox.

Day 83

Day 3 at EPCOT. Thanksgiving is almost here!

Day 82

Day 2 back at EPCOT. Pretty slow day. Not much excitement. Got home and baked cookies. I also did some laundry.

Day 81

I'm back at EPCOT. CTS is off for the week because of Thanksgiving. I got news that I might be working with Candle Lighting in EPCOT. Don't know all the details yet. After work I went to see the movie "Fred Clause" with Matt at Downtown Disney. Nice Christmas movie.

Day 80

Third day of CTS. Since next week is Thanksgiving week, there will be no Christmas Party Events, which means that there will be no CTS, which means that I will be back to working at EPCOT for about 6 days. After that comes my two days off which also marks the day that my family finally comes to see me. How exciting.

Day 79

Second Day of CTS. We had three good runs. A few hats fell off here and there, but overall it went well. It was a bit cold out, but with all the running around backstage, I managed to stay warm. During my break I pulled out a mat and slept in one of the dressing rooms.

Day 76

CELEBRATE THE SEASON! The moment you have all been waiting for is here. It's showtime. They say it was one of the biggest audiences in front of the castle. The crowd reached all the way to the train station at the front of the park. We had a good first run. A few mistakes in the second. The third went fine. Overall, I'd say we had a pretty good first run.

Day 75

Today we had to preset everything we were going to need for the big day. Tomorrow is opening night for Celebrate The Season. We had a lot of fun. It was just me, my coordinator, and another Cast Member. We joked and laughed, and even wore witch hats while presetting.

Day 74

Today was my day off. Matt and I went to Magic Kingdom. I finally got to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad Train that takes the guests around the entire part. I begged him to ride on it with me. I also got to ride Big Thunder Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Snow White's Scary Adventures & Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

Day 73

Today was the last day of overnight rehearsals. Like around 3am, we got to see the rehearsals of the Christmas Parade. They were in full costume, with horses and everything. After that we cancelled the last two runs because the stage was too slippery. So we took a cast photo instead. For dinner, I mean, breakfast, they served us pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatos.

Day 72

Today for dinner we ate at the Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland. It was freezing! Coldest night yet. I had to wear gloves and a skull cap.

Day 71

Today was the second night of overnight rehearsals. We're still not doing full dress rehearsals. Tonight was also Cast Appreciation Night. For dinner they had a tent set up in Luau theme. We were served Hawaiian-themed foods. For desert, a Mickey Mouse-shaped ice-cream, of course. We were also given a Magic Kingdom bag and a lay.

Day 70

Today was the first night over overnight rehearsals. We had to help out the characters and make sure they made it on and off stage safely and on time. During our lunch break, they provided us food. We ate over at the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station by Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor. The cookies were good.

Day 69

Of course, I had to go see Off Kilter perform. They recognized us in the crowd and played around with us, waving and dancing.

I got to meet the guy who put the band together. He's actually from Puerto Rico. Who would of thought a Puerto Rican would end up wearing a kilt and playing the bag pipes.

I also found out that there is another entrance to EPCOT, way at the back where the countries are. This takes guests straight to Boardwalk and all the resorts.

Nice view.

Boardwalk

Chip and Dale were at the entrance/exit greeting guests and handing out maps. I called Chip over and he took a picture with me.
